My Counseling Approach is eclectic including Hakomi* (A Hopi word meaning, “How do I stand in relation to these many realms?”), mindfulness (What am I noticing in the moment?), self-compassion (What do I need right now?), and spiritual principles in addiction recovery (Do I believe in a power greater than myself, or am I on my own?). I also bring over 30 years of practicing marriage and family therapy to our collaboration.
